Booking and Confirmation
The booking is confirmed upon receipt of the completed form (1)(2).
Payment of the deposit is made at the time of confirmation. A failed payment results in automatic cancellation of the booking.
The final confirmation – once payment is received – is sent by email with a summary of included services, check-in and check-out times, and instructions for paying the balance.
Payments and Rates
Prices are shown in euros and include VAT unless otherwise stated.
The balance must be paid within 30 days of the arrival date, by credit card or bank transfer; for short-notice bookings, immediate payment of the full amount may be required.
Any additional services (activities, electric vehicle charging) will be billed separately.
Check-in and Check-out
Check-in: from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM (flexible timing on request and subject to availability).
Check-out: by 10:00 AM.
Late check-in after 8:00 PM is possible on request with a surcharge; please communicate your expected arrival time.
A few days before your arrival, you will receive check-in information, sent via email and/or WhatsApp. Please remember to check your email inbox and spam folder.
Cancellations and Changes
Cancellations up to 30 days before arrival: full refund of the deposit.
Cancellations less than 30 days before arrival or no-show: total loss of the deposit.
Changes to dates or number of guests are subject to availability; any rate differences may apply.
We recommend taking out travel insurance to cover unforeseen cancellations.

Number of Guests and Use of the Accommodation
The number of people that can be accommodated is the one indicated in the description of the apartments and in the booking; any extra guests must be communicated and authorized, without exceeding the maximum number of people allowed in the individual unit.
It is possible – upon request – to accommodate 1 child per unit, in excess of the maximum number of guests allowed, only if under 12 years old (12 years not yet completed at the time of check-in). In this case, a folding cot will be made available.
The accommodation is intended exclusively for tourist and personal use; commercial activity or events are prohibited without authorization.
Security Deposit and Liability
A refundable security deposit of €150.00 may be requested to cover damages or extra cleaning; the deposit will be returned within 2 days of check-out, subject to verification.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.
Cleaning and Linen Change
Final cleaning is included in the total price unless otherwise indicated; for stays of 15 days or more, a weekly cleaning and linen change service is provided.
Requests for extra linen and cleaning are available for an additional fee.
Safety and Regulations
Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodations; dedicated outdoor areas are available.
Please respect quiet hours (11:00 PM–8:00 AM).
Guests must comply with fire safety regulations and staff instructions.
Privacy and Personal Data
The data provided will be processed in accordance with current regulations for contractual and administrative purposes.
For privacy details, a separate privacy notice and consent for data processing will be provided.
Force Majeure
The agriturismo is not liable for delays or failures to perform due to force majeure events (for example, natural disasters, conflicts, health restrictions, strikes).
Right of Withdrawal for the Agriturismo
In exceptional cases, the agriturismo reserves the right to cancel the booking (for example, unresolvable breakdowns in a short time, overbooking); in such cases, a full refund or alternative accommodation will be offered when possible.
Use of Shared Facilities
The laundry room is available to guests. Please carefully read the dedicated rules, which you will find in the apartment.
The barbecue may be used by guests, paying attention to weather conditions (e.g. wind warnings). The barbecue and surrounding area must be left clean. Leaving food residue is prohibited.
If you own an electric vehicle, you must inform us at the time of booking or in any case before your arrival. Charging is subject to a fee; the rate can be requested upon arrival, considering the current variability of electricity costs. To use the charging station, you must request activation and operation from Reception.
